Hamilton firefighters had to cut the man from his car following the 3 p.m. crash off the right side of the eastbound lanes.
HAMILTON -- A 26-year-old New Egypt man was seriously injured Sunday when his car crashed off Interstate 195 and struck several trees, the New Jersey State Police said.
Hamilton firefighters had to cut the man from his car following the 3 p.m. crash off the right side of the eastbound lanes at milemarker 2.8.
A state police spokesman said the man was the lone occupant of the Chevrolet vehicle. His name was not made public.
The driver was taken by ambulance to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton. The last condition the state police had on the driver was that he was stabilized.
The investigation into the crash was ongoing Monday by the state police.
