Police identified the bicyclist killed in the crash and arrested the alleged driver.
TABERNACLE -- Authorities have arrested a 20-year-old Ocean County woman in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist Friday, the New Jersey State Police said.
Police identified the bicyclist was identified as Ronald Filepp, 64, of Roosevelt.
He was killed after being struck by a 2008 Toyota Corolla driven by Anna Dow, 20, of the Forked Rover section of Lacey, state police Sgt. Jeff Flynn said Saturday.
State police were dispatched to the crash at 3:23 p.m. on Route 532 in Tabernacle. Filepp was traveling eastbound near milepost 10 when he was struck by a car that left the scene.

Later that day, police were able to identify Dow as a suspect and take her into custody.
She was charged with knowingly leading the scene of a motor vehicle crash resulting in death and was held Saturday in the Burlington County in lieu of $50,000 bail.
