A market in Ocean Gate sold the lucky ticket
A Jersey Cash 5 ticket worth $742,327 was sold for Thursday night's drawing at a food store in Ocean County.
The lucky buyer made the purchase at Ocean Gate Market & Deli in Ocean Gate, state lottery officials said Friday.
The winning numbers were 6, 27, 28, 33 and 35.
The top prize climbed after five consecutive days without a jackpot winner in the daily drawing.
Friday's jackpot resets to $75,000. The odds of a $1 ticket matching all five numbers are 962,598 to 1.
