LITTLE EGG HARBOR -- A township man was charged this week with unlawful sexual contact with a 14-year-old, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
Marc Albright, 52, of Little Egg Harbor, was arrested Tuesday and faces a charge of aggravated criminal sexual contact.
The arrest came after a joint investigation between Little Egg Harbor police and detectives from the county prosecutor's office, which allegedly "revealed evidence that Albright had engaged in unlawful sexual contact with a 14-year-old," the statement said.
Officials did not indicate which jail facility Albright was taken to after his arrest.
